"Esperanza" Update

The entryway monument, super-lush and dramatic landscaping, pave red walkways,
and the new street lamps have now been installed;
the lakes have been completed; and the installation of the curbing
and first coat of pavement is now finished on the roadways
for both of the single-family home neighborhoods,
as well as the twin villa neighborhood.
The building schedule has also now been released for Esperanza.
The now-complete single-family and twin-villa furnished models
were unveiled at an invitational event on 1/26/12
that saw more than 600 attendees!
ALL of the furnished models have been priced for sale,
and they are available for purchase NOW as developer leasebacks!
You can go to contract immediately, and the developer will then
lease it BACK from you for 12-18 months!
Construction began on the SOLD single-family homes
during the second week in October 2011,
and are being built in the order of the date on the signed purchase contract,
combined with the date of the design center options being finalized by the homeowner,
and the timeline priority the homeowner may have requested.
Attached-villa construction is also well underway,
and the buildings will proceed on the SOLD villas
in the same fashion and priority as the single-family properties.
A total of 53 properties have now gone under contract
in Esperanza since being released in late January 2011:
25 twin-villas out of the 36 released for sale
(including the Granada furnished model leaseback)...
